Thumbs Up to Sun Ent.

I spent a week in the Uncompahgre National Forrest area this summer with some friends who all had ATVs, and me with my little 1984 Honda ATC 200s "Trixie" is her name... Needless to say "Trixie" didn't get much use while we were there, there were enough machines I was able to borrow one for every ride we went on... Long story short, I had the time of my life and it depressed me because I knew when I got back to Denver that I was going to have to Pony up and throw down some cash for some new ATVs... So began my research, I was fortunate enough to have been able to ride almost every make and model of ATV while camping so i had a little knowledge under my belt going into this adventure... I find it most helpful to talk to the guys who own these things, and if you can get them to be honest with you, you find out a lot.
By far my favorite machine was the Kawasaki Brute Force 750i V Twin, fuel injected.... OHHH YA... with an awesome ITP wheel and tire package.... (give me a moment, i'm tearing up thinking of its sheer beauty!)
Anyway, thinking this was the machine to end all machines i set out looking... Well needless to say, they aren't hard to come by, but I just couldn't justify spending $10k on one machine... We've got a family to feed here!!!!  Well, not really... But i did turn my family onto this whole ne world of powersports... So now we had an even bigger problem, we need more than one machine... More than two, we need 4 machines... So we ventured off to SUN Ent in Thornton and we were lucky enough to be met by Rob G. at the door.  We explained that we were boat people, not land people and had no idea what we were getting into but like the big machines... Well, Rob spent at least 3 hours with us letting us ride everything from the Honda Recon 250 to the Brute Force 750i and the Polaris 800.  We then got schooled on the ways of the ATV, what to look for, what watch out for... At the end of our day, we had all decided that the Rancher 420ES was the absolute best machine out there for the money.  So we bought 3 of them and a trailer to put them all on.  I have to say that I'll still have that sweet spot in my heart for the Brute, but we've gone on a couple of rides, and I'm not sure there's a need to do 75mph up a dirt/rock/snow/water/mud/tree covered road?!?!? Is there??? I was so impressed by how the Honda's are geared, and if I've got one thats 25 years old that says something about Honda.... He could have sold me anything on the floor but he reccomended this ATV and we couldn't be happier.  He was awesome to deal with, the sales manager was a great guy, and we are just so happy with our purchase.  So two thumbs up to Rob G. @ Sun Ent in Thornton, and muchas gracias for everything!!!
